Whenever a wind erosion district is established under this act N.M. Stat. Ann. § 73-22-1 to 73-22-5, the board of county commissioners shall be the governing body of such district. The district attorney of the county shall be the legal advisor to the governing body and the county treasurer and the county clerk shall be the treasurer and clerk, respectively, of such district.
