In addition to the meaning of hazardous waste as defined in Section 74-4-3 N.M. Stat. Ann., the term “hazardous waste” as used in the Hazardous Waste Act may include any material imported into the state of New Mexico for the purpose of disposal which is defined or classified as hazardous waste in the state of origin.
