The county predator control board shall expend the moneys collected under the County Predator Control Act N.M. Stat. Ann. § 77-15-6 to 77-15-14 for a predator control program for the county. The board may do so by establishing a separate predator control program or by contracting with other federal or state agencies or with agencies of other counties.
