A person in this state who sells, transfers or delivers to another person in this state any livestock that is not branded or marked with the brand or mark of the person selling, transferring or delivering the livestock shall deliver to the person buying or receiving the livestock a bill of sale showing from whom the livestock was received as provided in Section 77-9-22 N.M. Stat. Ann..
