A person who violates any of the provisions of N.M. Stat. Ann. Chapter 77, Article 9A or any rule of the board pertaining to rest stations is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be sentenced in accordance with the provisions of Section 31-19-1 N.M. Stat. Ann..
