The state agency on aging, or a successor agency [aging and long-term services department], shall appoint the secretary or the secretary’s designee to serve as a member of the interagency behavioral health purchasing collaborative and shall ensure that any behavioral health services, including mental health and substance abuse services funded, provided, contracted for or approved, are in compliance with the requirements of Section 9-7-6.4 N.M. Stat. Ann..
