§ 1314. Unclaimed consumer credit balances. 1. Any amounts transferable to the New York state department of audit and control pursuant to § 715 of the general business law, to be held pursuant to the provisions of the abandoned property law, shall be transferred to the state comptroller during the first fifteen days of the month of February immediately succeeding the thirty-first day of December in the year in which the three year period of retention prescribed in said section is concluded.
