§ 130. Custody of incarcerated individual sentenced to death and commuted by governor. The commissioner shall designate appropriate correctional facilities to receive, on the order of the governor, any person convicted of any crime punishable by death, or who shall be pardoned, on condition of being confined either for life or a term of years in a correctional facility, and such person shall be confined according to the terms of such condition.
