§ 9-220. Record in office of secretary of state of county officers elected. The secretary of state shall enter in a book to be kept in his office, the names of the respective county officers elected in this state, specifying the counties for which they were severally elected, and their places of residence, the offices to which they were elected, and their terms of office.
