§ 27-2007. Department responsibilities.
Terms Used In N.Y. Environmental Conservation Law 27-2007
- department: means the department of environmental conservation. See N.Y. Environmental Conservation Law 27-2001
- Reuse: means the return of a product into the economic stream for use in the same kind of application as the product was originally intended to be used, without a change in the product's identity. See N.Y. Environmental Conservation Law 27-2001
1. The department shall promulgate all necessary rules and regulations including, but not limited to, standards for reuse.
2. The department shall (a) maintain a list of producers who are implementing or participating pursuant to section 27-2003 of this title, (b) maintain a list of each such producer's brands, and (c) post such lists on the department's website.
