§ 51-1105. Approval and execution of projects.
Terms Used In N.Y. Environmental Conservation Law 51-1105
- Commissioner: shall mean the commissioner of environmental conservation except that within and for the purposes of title eleven of this article, the commissioner of parks and recreation. See N.Y. Environmental Conservation Law 51-0101
- Office: shall mean the office of parks and recreation. See N.Y. Environmental Conservation Law 51-0101
1. Metropolitan park, open space preservation, waterway, and trailway projects shall be undertaken pursuant to this title only with the approval of the commissioner.
2. Such projects as have been approved by the commissioner shall be executed by the office in the manner provided by applicable law.
