§ 204. Register to be kept. The owner, lessee, proprietor or manager of any hotel, motel, tourist cabins, camp, resort, tavern, inn, boarding or lodging house shall keep for a period of three years a register which shall show the name, residence, date of arrival and departure of his guests. Such records may be kept within the meaning of this section when reproduced on any photographic, photostatic, microfilm, micro-card, miniature photographic or other process which actually reproduced the original record.
