§ 331. Establishment of a fair wages task force. The commissioner is authorized to establish a fair wages task force for the purpose of concentrating enforcement of the provisions of this chapter affecting employees in manufacturing, service and other industries where there may be a concentration of workers at risk of exploitation in New York state and otherwise exercising the duties and powers set forth in sections three hundred thirty-two and three hundred thirty-three of this article. Such task force shall be empowered to investigate and conduct inspections.

- Commissioner: shall mean the commissioner of labor;
(b) "Department" shall mean the department of labor; and
