§ 39.15 Appropriations by municipalities. To effectuate the purposes of this article, the local legislative bodies of any municipality may appropriate and transfer to the commission moneys to be expended by the commission to carry out its functions pursuant to this article.
Terms Used In N.Y. Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Law 39.15
- commission: shall mean the Niagara river greenway commission created pursuant to this article. See N.Y. Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Law 39.03
- Municipality: means a county, city, town, village or local public benefit corporation located adjacent to the Niagara river. See N.Y. Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Law 39.03
