§ 1352. Oswego port district. There is hereby created and established a district to be known as the "Oswego port district" which shall embrace the city of Oswego, the town of Scriba and all lands and water under and in the Oswego river and Lake Ontario lying or situated within the boundaries of the city of Oswego and/or the town of Scriba subject to the right, title, interest and control of the state under the constitution or any law of the state of New York and subject to the right, title, interest and control of the United States under any law of the United States of America.
