§ 1681-a. Distribution of board materials. On or before November first, nineteen hundred ninety-five, the authority shall provide to the chair of the senate finance committee and the chair of the assembly ways and means committee, copies of all board-adopted guidelines, if any, related to the financing, underwriting and programmatic review of projects related to each program of the authority. Thereafter, all materials, including but not limited to, authority board agendas and all attachments thereto, shall be provided to the chair and ranking minority member of the senate finance committee and the chair and ranking minority member of the assembly ways and means committee at such time as those materials are provided to board members.
