§ 1403. Designation of secretary of state as agent for serving process. Every children's camp, operator and owner of such camp shall be deemed to have designated the secretary of state of the state of New York for service of process. Service shall be made by delivering the summons to the secretary of state or his designated representative at an office of the secretary of state within the state.
