§ 2008. Apportionment. Grants awarded pursuant to this article in any given fiscal year shall be apportioned out of the total funds appropriated for this purpose, to applicants based on the size of the Alzheimer's community served in proportion to the monies available as determined by the department. All qualified applicants shall be entitled to a grant on the foregoing basis unless an applicant is receiving funding through the Alzheimer's Community Assistance Program.
