§ 3016. Continuance of rules and regulations. All rules and regulations heretofore adopted by the commissioner pertaining to all ambulance services shall continue in full force and effect as rules and regulations until duly modified or superseded by rules and regulations hereafter adopted and enacted by the state council pursuant to section three thousand two of this article.
