§ 3902. New York state center for agricultural medicine and health. There is hereby established a center for agricultural medicine and health to operate in conjunction with the Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital, Cooperstown, New York. Such center shall operate under the guidance of a director, who shall be appointed by the board of trustees of the Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital, Cooperstown, New York upon the advice and consent of the president of such hospital.
