§ 472. Implementation of agreements. Any agreements reached pursuant to the coalition negotiations provided for in this article shall be presented to the commission in form for introduction as legislation no later than November fifteenth prior to the legislative session at which enactment will be sought and shall be delivered for introduction no later than January fifteenth of such session. The commission shall cause such proposed legislation to be made public prior to the December first preceding such session and shall hold public hearings thereon. The commission shall present to the governor and legislature its recommendations with the legislation.
