§ 97-fff. Summer school of the arts account. 1. There is hereby established in the joint custody of the state comptroller and the commissioner of the department of taxation and finance an account of the miscellaneous special revenue fund to be known as the summer school of the arts account.

Notwithstanding any other law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the state comptroller is hereby authorized and directed to receive for deposit to the credit of the summer school of the arts account, tuition, fees, monies transferred from other funds and accounts pursuant to law and charge backs to other state agencies and school districts for services and programs of the summer school of the arts.
3. Moneys of this account, following appropriation by the legislature, shall be available to the state education department for services and expenses of the summer school of the arts.
