§ 71. Painted devices of arms in certain public places. The device of arms of the state, corresponding to the blazon hereinbefore given, shall be painted in colors upon wood or canvass, and hung upon the walls of the executive chamber, the court of appeals, the office of the secretary of state, and the senate and assembly chambers.
