Terms Used In North Carolina General Statutes 1-339.37

If no upset bid for property sold at private sale is submitted within 10 days after the report of sale or the last notice of upset bid is filed, the sale may then be confirmed, and the provisions of N.C. Gen. Stat. § 1-339.28(a) and (b) are applicable to such confirmation whether the property sold is real or personal. Unless otherwise provided in the order of sale, no confirmation is required of any sale held as provided by N.C. Gen. Stat. § 1-339.34 (1949, c. 719, s. 1; 2001-271, s. 10.)
