Cattle affected with Bang’s disease and tuberculosis and paratuberculosis shall be appraised by three men – one to be chosen by the owner, one by the United States Bureau of Animal Industry, and one by the State Veterinarian. If the United States Bureau of Animal Industry is not represented, then the appraisers shall be chosen, one by the owner, one by the State Veterinarian, the third by the first two named.
