Terms Used In North Carolina General Statutes 106-579.14
- Antifreeze: means any substance or preparation sold, distributed or intended for use as the cooling liquid, or to be added to the cooling liquid, in the cooling system of internal combustion engines of motor vehicles to prevent freezing of the cooling liquid or to lower its freezing point. - Board: means the North Carolina State Board of Agriculture, as defined by N. See North Carolina General Statutes 106-579.3
- Commissioner: means the Commissioner of Agriculture of the State of North Carolina. See North Carolina General Statutes 106-579.3
Jurisdiction in all matters pertaining to the distribution, sale and transportation of antifreeze by this Article are vested exclusively in the Board and Commissioner. (1975, c. 719, s. 15.)
