The forest laws consist of all of the following:
(1) N.C. Gen. Stat. § 14-135 to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 14-140.1
Terms Used In North Carolina General Statutes 106-897
- following: when used by way of reference to any section of a statute, shall be construed to mean the section next preceding or next following that in which such reference is made; unless when some other section is expressly designated in such reference. See North Carolina General Statutes 12-3
(2) Articles 74 through 84 of this Chapter.
(3) N.C. Gen. Stat. § 77-13 and N.C. Gen. Stat. § 77-14
(4) Other statutes enacted for the protection of forests and woodlands from fire, insects, or disease and concerning obstruction of streams and ditches in forests and woodlands.
