The fee payable to the Secretary for registering or reregistering as an electronic notary is fifty dollars ($50.00), which shall be in addition to the fee required in N.C. Gen. Stat. § 10B-13 All funds received by the Secretary under this section shall be deposited into the General Fund. (2005-391, s. 4.)
