Members of the Commission, who are also members of the General Assembly, shall receive subsistence and travel expenses at the rates set forth in N.C. Gen. Stat. § 120-3.1 for General Assembly members.  The Commission shall be funded by the Legislative Services Commission from appropriations made to the General Assembly for that purpose.
