Any funds which may be paid to or received by the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources under the terms of N.C. Gen. Stat. § 121-25 hereof may be allocated for use by the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources for continuing its duties under this Article, subject to the approval of the Department of Administration.
