Terms Used In North Carolina General Statutes 122C-123
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the said district and territories and all dependencies. Notwithstanding the provisions of N.C. Gen. Stat. § 122C-112(a)(10), N.C. Gen. Stat. § 122C-117(a)(1), N.C. Gen. Stat. § 122C-127, and N.C. Gen. Stat. § 122C-131, other agencies of the Department, other State agencies, and other local agencies shall continue responsibility for services they provide for persons with developmental disabilities.
