- Person: means an individual, trust, estate, partnership, or corporation including associations, joint-stock companies, and insurance companies. See North Carolina General Statutes 131E-1

No person registered as a lobbyist under Chapter 120C of the N.C. Gen. Stat. shall be appointed to or serve on the North Carolina State Health Coordinating Council. No person previously registered as a lobbyist under Chapter 120C of the N.C. Gen. Stat. shall be appointed to or serve on the North Carolina State Health Coordinating Council within 120 days after the expiration of the lobbyist’s registration.
