Any person who does any of the following is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor:
(1) Violates any provision of an ordinance or a declaration enacted or declared pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 166A-19.31

- following: when used by way of reference to any section of a statute, shall be construed to mean the section next preceding or next following that in which such reference is made; unless when some other section is expressly designated in such reference. See North Carolina General Statutes 12-3
(2) Violates any provision of a declaration or executive order issued pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 166A-19.30
(3) Willfully refuses to leave the building as directed in a Governor’s order issued pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 166A-19.78 (2012-12, s. 1(d).)
