A game night conducted other than in accordance with the provisions of this Part is “gambling” within the meaning of N.C. Gen. Stat. § 14-292 and N.C. Gen. Stat. § 19-1, et seq., and proceedings against such game night may be instituted as provided for in Chapter 19 of the N.C. Gen. Stat.. (2019-13, s. 2.)
