- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the said district and territories and all dependencies. See North Carolina General Statutes 12-3
(a) The records of the Section are not public records under N.C. Gen. Stat. § 132-1
(b) The Section shall exchange information as required by this Article.
(c) The Section may share information with other State and federal agencies as permitted or required by law. (2017-203, s. 1.)
