Terms Used In North Carolina General Statutes 160A-607
- Board of Trustees: means the governing board of the Authority, in which the general legislative powers of the Authority are vested. See North Carolina General Statutes 160A-601
The Board of Trustees may provide for the selection of such advisory committees as it may find appropriate, which may or may not include members of the Board of Trustees. (1989, c. 740, s. 1.)
