A declaration issued pursuant to this Article shall trigger the prohibitions against excessive pricing during states of disaster, states of emergency, or abnormal market disruptions pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 75-37 and N.C. Gen. Stat. § 75-38 (2012-12, s. 1(b).)
