- Commission: means the North Carolina Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission established under N. See North Carolina General Statutes 18B-101
- permit: means a presently valid permit. See North Carolina General Statutes 18B-101
- permits: means any written or printed authorization issued by the Commission pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter. See North Carolina General Statutes 18B-101
When an application has been received in proper form, with the required application fee, the Commission may issue a temporary permit for any of the activities for which permits are authorized under N.C. Gen. Stat. § 18B-1001 and 18B-1100. A temporary permit may be revoked summarily by the Commission without complying with the provisions of Chapter 150B. Revocation of a temporary permit shall be effective upon service of the notice of revocation upon the permittee or upon the expiration of three working days after the notice of the revocation has been mailed to the permittee at either his residence or the address given for the business in the permit application. No further notice shall be required.
