A person who drives a commercial passenger vehicle or a school bus and who does not have a valid commercial drivers license with a P or S endorsement because the person was convicted of a violation that requires registration under Article 27A of Chapter 14 of the N.C. Gen. Stat. is guilty of a Class F felony. (2009-491, s. 4.)
