The property rights of a partner are:
(1) His right in specific partnership property,

- Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
- property: shall include all property, both real and personal. See North Carolina General Statutes 12-3
