Terms Used In North Carolina General Statutes 62-18
- Commission: means the North Carolina Utilities Commission. See North Carolina General Statutes 62-3
- seal: shall be construed to include an impression of such official seal, made upon the paper alone, as well as an impression made by means of a wafer or of wax affixed thereto. See North Carolina General Statutes 12-3
- State: means the State of North Carolina; "state" means any state. See North Carolina General Statutes 62-3
(a) The Commission shall keep a record showing in detail all receipts and disbursements.
(b) Except as provided in N.C. Gen. Stat. § 62-110.3, all license fees and seal taxes, all money received from fines and penalties, and all other fees paid into the office of the Utilities Commission shall be turned in to the State treasury.
