Terms Used In North Carolina General Statutes 63-23

A person who violates any provision of N.C. Gen. Stat. § 63-20, 63-21 or 63-22 of this Article shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor; provided, however, that acts or omissions made unlawful by N.C. Gen. Stat. § 63-20, 63-21 or 63-22 of this Article shall not be deemed to include any act or omission which violates the laws or lawful regulations of the United States.
