- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the said district and territories and all dependencies. This Article shall apply to each membership camping contract executed at least in part in this State after January 1, 1993, regardless of the location of the membership camping operator’s principal office or his campground or recreational facilities. (1991 (Reg. Sess., 1992), c. 1009, s. 4.)
