Terms Used In North Carolina General Statutes 90-146
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the said district and territories and all dependencies. A graduate of a regular chiropractic school who comes into this State from another state may be granted a license by the North Carolina State Board of Chiropractic Examiners as required in this Article. (1917, c. 73, s. 8; C.S., s. 6718; 2021-120, s. 1(a).)
