Terms Used In North Carolina General Statutes 90-305

  • Board: means the Board of Examiners for Speech and Language Pathologists and Audiologists. See North Carolina General Statutes 90-293
  • following: when used by way of reference to any section of a statute, shall be construed to mean the section next preceding or next following that in which such reference is made; unless when some other section is expressly designated in such reference. See North Carolina General Statutes 12-3
  • License: means a license issued by the Board under the provisions of this Article, including a temporary license. See North Carolina General Statutes 90-293

Persons subject to licensure under this Article shall pay fees to the Board not to exceed the following:

(1) Application fee $30.00

(2) Examination fee 30.00

(3) Initial license fee 100.00

(4) Renewal license fee 100.00

(5) Temporary license 40.00

(6) Delinquency fee 25.00.
