Terms Used In North Dakota Code 10-19.1-105
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
1. Before the issuance of shares, pursuant to section 10-19.1-106; 2. After the issuance of shares, pursuant to sections 10-19.1-107 through 10-19.1-113.1; or 3. By order of a court pursuant to sections 10-19.1-114 through 10-19.1-122.
