Within fifteen days of the occurrence of any one of the following events, a licensee shall file a written report with the commissioner describing the event and the event’s expected impact on the activities of the licensee in the state:

Under the protection of the bankruptcy court, debtors may discharge their debts, perhaps by paying a portion of each debt. Bankruptcy judges preside over these proceedings.

1. The filing for bankruptcy or reorganization by the licensee; 2. The institution of revocation or suspension proceedings against the licensee by any governmental authority; 3. Any felony charges of the licensee or any of the licensee’s members, directors, officers, or shareholders; and
4. Any other event the commissioner identifies by rule.
