North Dakota Code 23.1-12-16 – Penalty

A tank owner violating section 23.1-12-17 is guilty of a class B misdemeanor unless another penalty is specifically provided.

Under the North Dakota Code, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:

Class	Prison	Fine
Class B misdemeanor	up to 30 days	up to $1,500
