Any person appointed and commissioned an officer of the national guard shall successfully pass such tests as to the person’s physical, moral, and professional fitness as shall be prescribed by federal law, and the examination to determine the person’s qualifications for a commission also shall be as prescribed by federal law.
Terms Used In North Dakota Code 37-04-02
- National guard: means that part of the military forces of this state which is organized, equipped, and federally recognized under the provisions of the National Defense Act, as amended, of the United States as the "national guard, air national guard, of the United States and the state of North Dakota".
