Terms Used In North Dakota Code 4.1-73-26

  • Person: means an individual, organization, government, political subdivision, or government agency or instrumentality. See North Dakota Code 1-01-49
  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See North Dakota Code 1-01-49

1.    The name and address of the person that owns the brand; 2.    A depiction of the brand; 3.    The type of livestock on which the brand is authorized for use; and

4.    The location or placement of the brand as authorized by the chief brand inspector.
